Viewings are always conducted by an experienced member of staff (unless our vendor specifies an alternative preference). The staff member will accompany the viewer into every room, ensuring the security of your space and belongings while highlighting the best features of your home.
How does feedback work?
We pass on any feedback as soon as it’s received. If we’ve made attempts to contact the viewer but haven’t had a response, we’ll let you know this too. After three attempts without contact, we’ll assume the viewer won’t be proceeding.
Who will handle the sale of my home?
Your sale will be handled confidently by our carefully selected team. Our team is made up mainly of family members, supported by hand-selected and meticulously trained staff. Sales progression is overseen by our Managing Director and Executive Director, ensuring a smooth journey from memorandum of sale to completion.
Can you recommend solicitors or surveyors?
Yes, we work closely with trusted local partners and can provide recommendations, but there’s no obligation to use them. We don’t receive referral fees, we recommend them because we know and trust them (and often use them ourselves).
What if I need to find somewhere to buy as well?
We can help with that too, we’ll keep an eye out for suitable properties and coordinate your sale and purchase timelines.
