With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, I’m proud to lead KMJ Property as Managing Director. My career began with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, I launched my own bakery business at the age of 21, the very same year I married my amazing wife, Suzanne. That early venture laid the foundations for my passion for customer service, local business, and building trusted relationships, all of which are central to how I work in property today.

Since moving into the estate agency world, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients across Kent and East Sussex successfully navigate the buying and selling process. While I still enjoy valuing homes, my main focus now is on sales progression, working closely with Suzanne to guide our clients through every stage from offer to completion. I also oversee the growth and development of the business, ensuring KMJ Property continues to deliver the highest level of service in an ever-evolving market.

Suzanne and I now live in a small village on the outskirts of Mayfield, enjoying the countryside lifestyle while remaining deeply connected to the communities we serve. Having spent nearly all our lives in Tunbridge Wells, we bring a wealth of knowledge and local insight to the Kent property market—and, more recently, to East Sussex, where we’ve expanded our reach and built strong client relationships.

We’re proud parents of three wonderful children, our eldest two are now homeowners themselves, and our youngest is enjoying life in London.

You might even recognise me from television, I've appeared on BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer several times, showcasing properties and bringing valuable exposure to both sellers and our brand.

With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, I’m proud to play a key role in sales progression here at KMJ Property, working closely with my husband, David, to ensure our clients experience a smooth and stress-free move from offer to completion.

My career began in a very different space: I originally trained as a bilingual secretary and worked for a local housebuilding company before joining David in his bakery business in 1997. That experience instilled in me a love for customer care and a deep appreciation for how strong communication can make all the difference in any business.

Having lived in the Southborough and Tunbridge Wells area for most of my life, I bring a personal connection and detailed understanding of the local property market to everything I do. More recently, we've made the move to a beautiful village near Mayfield, and I’m excited to now also be working with buyers and sellers across the East Sussex region.

At KMJ Property, my passion lies in progressing sales, managing chains, liaising with solicitors, and having the all-important conversations that keep things moving forward. My absolute favourite part of the job? Calling our clients to let them know they’ve completed and handing over the keys to their new home. It’s an emotional moment every time, and I never take it for granted.

I’m the “K” in KMJ! After a successful career in Healthcare, Emergency Services, and Store Management, I made the exciting decision to join our family-run estate agency in 2021—just a year after purchasing my first home. That experience ignited my passion for property and a desire to help others navigate the buying and selling process.

Now, I proudly co-lead the Sales Team at KMJ alongside my brother Marc, combining our skills and local expertise to deliver a friendly, results-driven service across Kent and East Sussex.

Living in East Sussex with my young family, I understand the local property market from both a professional and personal perspective. Whether it's 6am emails while juggling mum life with my two beautiful boys or arranging viewings with precision and care, I pride myself on being responsive, supportive, and dedicated to your property journey.

My journey in property began early. At just 16, I sold my first house under the guidance of our Managing Director (and my father), David. That early introduction sparked a deep passion for property which has only grown over the years.

Having lived in Tunbridge Wells my entire life, first with family and now as a homeowner myself, I bring invaluable local knowledge and insight to every sale. As a fully trained Estate Agent at KMJ Property, I bring passion, energy and a genuine love for helping people find their perfect home. My journey into the property industry came after exploring a variety of roles, from Dance Teacher and university student to Retail Assistant, until I discovered that my true ambition lay in property and sales.

Now part of the KMJ sales team, I thrive on accompanying viewings, building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, and tying up deals with care and professionalism. There is nothing more exciting than helping someone find their dream home and knowing I have played a part in that life-changing moment.

I also understand how important it is for sellers to trust us with one of their most valuable assets, their home. That is why I am committed to delivering outstanding customer service, honest advice and a seamless experience from start to finish.

My career has taken me on a wonderfully varied journey. I began as a junior secretary, working my way up to Personal Assistant within the financial services sector, before retraining as a Maths Specialist Teaching Assistant in a secondary school, a role that allowed me to enjoy those precious school holidays with my two girls.

Now, as one of the newest members of the KMJ Property Sales & Lettings family, I genuinely love coming to work each day. I draw on all my past experience to provide friendly, efficient and thoughtful support, offering the very best customer service and helping our amazing team deliver the exceptional standards that KMJ Property Sales & Lettings is known for.
