KMJ Property was set up over 15 years ago by us, David and Suzanne Johnson with the K, M & J being the initials of our 3 children, Katrina, Marc & Jack. Little did we know that all these years later, both Katrina and Marc would be working with us in the business!

Starting with our office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, in the village of Rusthall, we expanded into our 2nd office in Crowborough, East Sussex in 2021 and then again into our 3rd office in Forest Row, East Sussex in 2022.

Covering the areas around Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough and Forest Row and anywhere in between or close by we have a very good knowledge of the local areas and we are fortunate enough that our commute often takes in the lovely Ashdown Forest.

We entered into the world of estate agency wanting to be different from those we experienced when we had viewed and purchased our own homes over the years. To be there for our clients when they needed us and to help guide them through the ups and downs of buying and selling.
